School Calendar
New Horizons generally follows the Boulder Valley School District (BVSD) academic calendar for major school breaks and holidays, helping align schedules for families with children in multiple schools.
The 2026/27 school year begins on September 1 (later than BVSD) and follows the BVSD calendar for major holidays and breaks. Our preschool does not observe all of the BVSD Monday teacher workdays and may have a small number of additional preschool-specific dates throughout the year.
Please refer to the current school calendar for important dates, holidays, school closures, and program schedules.
