Preschool Classes in North Boulder
We offer four half-day 3-hour classes:

Each class has:

3 bilingual teachers for a 3:1 teacher:student ratio

Universal Preschool for Colorado Assistance (UPK)
New Horizons has two class options that align with UPK (Universal Preschool for Colorado 4 year olds)

Monday - Friday afternoons (12:45 - 3:45 pm)
To enroll, you must submit an application through UPK Colorado. If you are a current family, please be sure to check that box during the process.

4 year olds can register through the UPK system, and we have tuition assistance for 3 year olds who are eligible for UPK. Please reach out if you have any questions!
A Typical Preschool Day At New Horizons in North Boulder

Literacy Time: The day begins with engaging, age-appropriate literacy activities.

Circle Time (English & Spanish): Students gather with teachers and parents for songs, games, and activities in both English and Spanish.

​Outdoor Play & Exploration: Children enjoy open-ended play in our beautiful, tree-shaded yard, with space to run, dig, build, pretend, and connect. We spend at least one hour outside every day (weather permitting).

​Snack Time: We take a break for a healthy snack.

​Story Time (English & Spanish): We end the day together with bilingual stories to spark imagination and reinforce language learning.
CCAP and CSS Preschool Tuition Assistance
New Horizons is CCAP and CSS eligible.
New Horizons also provides tuition assistance for families through scholarships and donations awarded to our non-profit organization.
